Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

• You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it.

• Cancellations after production has started are not allowed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued if:

• The item arrives damaged

• The product is significantly different from the ordered design

3. Refund Timeline

• Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

• Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Custom 3D printed items are non-refundable unless defective.

• STL file purchases or design consultation fees are also non-refundable.

5. Return Process

Email us at shapeysquare@gmail.com with order number and photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Policy

At SHAPEYSQUARE, we ship both within India and internationally.

1. Production Time

• Most products are custom-made and take 3 to 7 business days to produce.

• Complex custom orders may take up to 10 business days.

2. Delivery Time

• Domestic (India): 2 to 5 business days after production.

• International: 7 to 15 business days depending on destination.

3. Shipping Partners

We use trusted courier services such as DTDC, BlueDart, Delhivery, and India Post. International orders may use DHL or FedEx.

4. Shipping Charges

Charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

5. Tracking

All shipments include tracking numbers. Customers will be notified via email/SMS.
