Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

• You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it.

• Cancellations after production has started are not allowed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued if:

• The item arrives damaged

• The product is significantly different from the ordered design

3. Refund Timeline

• Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

• Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Custom 3D printed items are non-refundable unless defective.

• STL file purchases or design consultation fees are also non-refundable.

5. Return Process
